What Do I Do If A Prospect Doesn't Show Up For Their Scheduled Phone Call?

It is a very normal thing for a busy business owner to forget/show up late to the strategy session they scheduled with you.

It is important to not take these things personally, and instead attempt to reschedule with the prospect to find a new time that works for them.

A message I like to send to prospects who no-show is simply, "Hey <first name>, everything okay? We had a call scheduled today for 2pm EST but I didn't receive a response."

This message does a good job of showing your concern, and not accusing the business owner of anything. It is important to remain professional in scenarios like this.

It is also important to ALWAYS confirm your strategy sessions the morning of the day they are scheduled. 

For example, if you have a call scheduled at 2pm on Wednesday, I would send a message to that prospect at 9am on Wednesday saying "Hey <first name>, hope your week is going well! Just wanted to confirm that 2pm EST later today still works for us to chat!"

Simple messages like this can help save you time, and ensure you are keeping your pipeline filled with interested business owners.
